My Day

For just that one day,
I want the world to stand up and take notice,
I want the people around me to recognize that day..
To know and view it as my day,
I want the ones who claim to love and care for me,
To show me so,,on that day..
To have them understand my need to have it be my day.
And for just that One day,
I want to feel like its all about me.
